It's an app, not a printable. It installs on any phone, tablet or computer from your browser (no app store), works offline, and costs one payment. Pro is an optional upgrade, never required.

WHAT IT DOES • Week: plan dinners (and breakfast, lunch or snacks if you want) with servings per meal • Tonight: one card with what's for dinner. Cook it, mark it done, or "Can't tonight" • Plans change: move a meal to another day, skip it, or freeze it for later • Cook once, eat twice: a leftovers night scales up the first meal and adds nothing to the list • Theme nights, repeat last week, saved menus and clear week • Grocery list that builds itself: items merged across recipes, counts rounded up, sorted by aisle in your store's order • Staples like salt and oil, and what's in your pantry or freezer, start as "have it" so you don't buy them twice • Add extras like "2 lb apples", share the list as text, tick things off in the store • Prices: enter what you pay at each store. OPTIONAL ◆ PRO ($7.99 a month or $69 a year, cancel anytime) Basic is the complete app. Pro adds things that work for you in the background: • Plan my week: AI fills the empty days from your own recipes, skipping dislikes and allergies and following your theme nights • What can I make?: ideas from what's in your pantry. Save one as a recipe or plan it for tonight • Reminders even when the app is closed: dinner time, thaw it the night before, start the slow cooker, shopping day, use-by dates, plan next week • Insights: average spend, cost per dinner, cooked vs planned, your most-cooked meals • Your whole household: invite up to 5 people, each on their own phone (Basic shares with one partner) • 40 recipe imports a day
