Terms of Service

These terms cover the Orion Digital Ventures LLC website (oriondigitalventures.com) and the HUD apps we sell. By using the site or a HUD, you agree to them.

Digital products. HUDs are web apps you open in your browser. Nothing is shipped. A purchase gives you a personal license to use that HUD; it does not transfer ownership of the software.

Free trial. Every HUD can be tried free for 3 days with no card needed. A trial never turns into a paid plan by itself.

​

Basic. Basic is a one-time purchase. You keep the HUD and its updates for as long as we offer that HUD.

​

Pro (optional, on some HUDs). Pro is a monthly or yearly add-on to Basic that renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime inside the app, and Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for. Each Pro charge can be refunded inside the app within 7 days.

Purchases on other stores. If you bought on Etsy, Gumroad or Ko-fi, that store's checkout and refund process also applies. Contact us with your order number and we will help.

App terms. Each HUD also has its own full terms, which apply together with these. Add /terms.html to the app's address to read them, for example money.oriondigitalventures.com/terms.html.

Acceptable use. Don't misuse the apps, try to break their security, or resell or share your license.

​

Disclaimer. HUDs are planning tools. They don't give financial, medical, legal or religious advice. We work hard to keep them reliable, but they are provided as is, without warranties, and our liability is limited to what you paid for the product, to the extent the law allows.

Changes. We may update these terms. The latest version is always on this page.
